This accommodation has an excellent location with easy access to the Opera metro station, which is convenient for traveling to the airport and other parts of the city. The central location gives you quick access to the city center and a supermarket. Guests can enjoy a spacious room, with authentic decor, great staff, and a complimentary bottle of water and champagne.
The wooden floors of the rooms are too creaky, which causes disturbance from the neighboring occupants walking around.

The view from the tall window of the park and Royal Palace was amazing and peaceful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here for a unique Madrid experience. a wonderful stay.

Great location on the edge of the city center, convenient for exploring. Clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds and useful amenities like a small fridge and electric kettle. Helpful and friendly staff at the 24-hour reception. A peaceful and welcoming district with good local services nearby. Nice view of a park and palace.

Perfect stay with really good hospitality and well-equipped room. Great location near the Opera metro station and opposite the royal palace. Lovely bakery next door. Complimentary wine and Netflix were a great addition.

This hotel offers great value for money, with rooms that have amazing views of the Royal Palace across the plaza. The location is perfect, right at the very edge of a pedestrian zone and within walking distance to most of Madrid's main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities were all in order. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious and served with attention to detail.

The building itself was fine, with beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to the main tourist areas and a great view. The room was spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with lovely architectural features.
There were a few minor issues with the room, such as a lack of a long mirror and the bathroom lighting not being bright enough. there weren't enough plug points in the room compared to other top hotels.
